Bill Henson, Founder and CEO of SilverPointe Properties, brings over 20 years of real estate experience and a client-first approach shaped by leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Polariod, ConAgra Foods, Campbell Soup, and Welch’s. He holds multiple industry certifications (ABR, CRS, GRI, CNE, CHS) and is known for strategic guidance and trusted service. As a Broker with Compass RE, Bill leads The Henson Team alongside his son, Tate Henson. Together, they have achieved over $400 million in career real estate sales. A Franklin native with an MBA from Mississippi State, Tate contributes nine years of corporate sales experience with PepsiCo and four years in real estate, bringing market insight and a service-driven approach to guide clients with integrity and expertise.
